Day 1: We travel to Cricket St Thomas in the beautiful county of Somerset, arriving in time to relax before dinner.
Day 2: This morning we will make our way to Dorchester, the County Town of Dorset. Dorchester is a historic market town with its roots in Roman times; however, it is most famously associated with Thomas Hardy. With its elegant 18th century houses, broad walks and bustling shopping streets, Dorchester has much to offer the visitor.
This afternoon we visit Weymouth situated on the stunningly beautiful Jurassic coastline. Located on the Southern tip of Dorset, this traditional seaside town is one of the most visited and popular areas of the south coast resort for all seasons and a Jurassic coast gem.
Day 3: Today we will visit 3 of the Jurassic Coast gems, Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. Lyme Regis boasts breathtaking scenery and a special mystique, making it a sparkling resort for all seasons. Lyme Regis is an historic unspoiled seaside resort and fishing port on the world famous Cobb harbour. The popular coastal resort of Seaton lies just to the west of the Axe estuary and is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt parts of East Devon. Sidmouth is the Regency town on the Jurassic Coast, a town caught in a timeless charm. With beautiful gardens, leisurely walks, Regency history and architecture, clean beaches and friendly shops. It is all here in this lovely seaside town.
Day 4: Today we spend at Cricket St Thomas, a day to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. Whether you wish to spend your time exploring the 160 acres of gardens and grounds or taking afternoon tea in Hamiltons Tea Rooms, the time is yours to enjoy.
Day 5: After breakfast, we will depart Cricket St Thomas and make our way home.
